PUMPKIN OATMEAL BARS ~ for Blood Type Os




1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup Splenda
1/4 cup walnuts chopped
1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice

Shaped them into 8 bars and baked them at 350 F for about 20 min. Turned them over after about 10 min in the oven.

Try adding dried cranberries or raisins, etc.
