Serves 2
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
½ cup almond butter
2 Tbsp. almond milk
Pinch of stevia or sugar to taste
½ tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. allspice
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. (Quick tips: Add additional almond milk for a thinner consistency or ice for a frozen-treat-like dessert, maybe even "ice cream" bars.)
Serve immediately or chill if desired.
