1 whole organic chicken
1 large onion, sliced or chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic minced
salt and pepper
2 or 3 sprigs of rosemary
other seasonings of choice
Cover bottom of crock pot with the prepared onion.
Place chicken on top of the layer of onions. Rub chicken with garlic and seasonings. Top with rosemary and cook at low for 6 hours.
