HOMEMADE CORN-FREE CONFECTIONERS' / POWDERED SUGAR ~ for Type Os





1 cup regular table sugar
1 teaspoons arrowroot or tapioca starch

Blend the sugar and starch in a food processor, or blender. Turn on high until mixture is a fine powder. Measure out the amount of confectioners' sugar the recipe calls for. Use as you would store-bought.
