2 Tbsp Red Onion, minced
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 C Lemon Marmalade
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Chives, minced
Saute Onion and Garlic in Olive Oil until soft, about 2 minutes.
Stir in Marmalade and Lime Juice. Simmer until glaze thickens, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in Chives. Serve over cooked chicken nuggets (or possibly fish??).
